1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- The item is in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The item has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- The return is requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
1.2 Non-Eligible Items for Returns
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original packaging or tags.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will determine its eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees, if applicable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative method.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
